- Return Policy Duration: We offers a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Refunds or exchanges cannot be processed after this period.
- Custom Orders Exclusion: Custom size or design orders are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
- Eligibility Criteria: To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

- Refund Procedure: Upon receiving the returned item, We will inspect it and send an email confirming receipt and whether the refund is approved or rejected. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within a specified timeframe.
- Late or Missing Refunds: Customers are advised to check their bank account first, then contact their credit card company and bank if necessary. If the refund is still not received, contacting Vorgeo's customer service team.
- Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items cannot be refunded.
- Exchanges: Items can only be exchanged if they are defective or damaged. Customers need to contact us to obtain dispatch details for the exchange.
- Gifts: Gift recipients may receive a gift credit upon returning the item if it was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to them. Otherwise, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
- Shipping: Customers need to email to obtain dispatch details for returning the product. They are responsible for the shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable. Using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50 is recommended.
